飞秒激光和机械刀制瓣对中高度近视眼LASIK手术的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对飞秒激光和机械刀制瓣对中高度近视眼LASIK手术的二者应用成效予以比对分析。方法借助回顾性分析手段,于2017年1月—2018年12月在该院行LASIK手术诊治中高度近视患者中方便选取60例为该研究对象,结合制瓣方式差异分至观察、对照两组,观察组为飞秒激光制瓣,对照组为机械刀制瓣,对两组患者术后各阶段裸眼视力超出或达到1.0、1.2及术后各阶段裸眼视力同术前最佳视力相比超出1行占比行比对,并对两组患者经术后像差变化行比对。结果据数据分析表明,观察组术后裸眼视力超出1.0、1.2占比同对照组相较而言并未具备显著优势(术后裸眼视力超出1.0数值比对:χ2=0.480、0.000;术后裸眼视力超出1.2数值比对:χ2=1.002、0.000,P>0.05),两组术后各阶段裸眼视力同术前最佳视力相比超出1行占比中,观察组于各阶段占比均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论借助飞秒激光制瓣临床诊治成效更佳,所制得角膜瓣更薄,经术后视力得以良好改善。Objective To compare the effects of femtosecond laser and mechanical scalpel on LASIK in high-intensity myopia.Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to convenient select 60 patients with high myopia who were treated with LASIK in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.The differences between the two groups were observed and compared with the two groups.The observation group was a femtosecond laser flap,and the control group was a mechanical knife flap.Compared with the naked eye,the visual acuity of the naked eye exceeded 1.0 or 1.2 at each stage of the operation,and the visual acuity of the naked eye was the same as that before surgery,exceeding 1 row accounted for comparison,and comparing the postoperative aberrations of the two groups of patients.Results According to the data analysis,the visual acuity of the naked eye beyond 1.0 and 1.2 in the observation group did not have a significant advantage compared with the control group(The visual acuity of the naked eye exceeded 1.0:χ2=0.480,0.000;the postoperative visual acuity of the naked eye exceeded 1.2:χ2=1.002,0.000,P>0.05).The visual acuity of each stage was higher than that of the preoperative optimal visual acuity.The proportion of the observation group in each stage was higher than that of the control group.The comparison between the groups was,The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical diagnosis and treatment of femtosecond laser flaps is better,the corneal flaps are made thinner,and the postoperative visual acuity is improved.
