摘  要:目的评估4种荡洗技术清除人工内吸收根管中氢氧化钙糊剂的效果。方法2017年6月—2019年1月间收集100颗单根离体牙,MTwo根备至40#。制备标准人工内吸收模型。空白组10颗离体牙,根管内无氢氧化钙糊剂,剩余90颗牙根管内输入氢氧化钙糊剂,阳性对照组10颗,氢氧化钙糊剂不处理,实验组80颗离体牙,依据不同荡洗技术随机分成4组(n=20):M3-Max组、超声荡洗组、声波荡洗组,主尖锉组。显微镜下观察氢氧化钙的剩余量,用van der Sluis评分系统定量,Kruskal-Wallis检验以及Mann-Whitney检验(P<0.05)对数据进行统计学检验。结果内吸收管残余清除大于1/2的比例M3-Max荡洗锉组(G1)为80.0%,被动超声荡洗组(G2)为75.0%、声波荡洗(G3)组为70.0%,3组组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而主尖锉荡洗组只占32.5%,与G1、G2、G3分别进行对比后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所以在清理内吸收根管中氢氧化钙糊剂方面M3-Max荡洗锉、被动超声荡洗、声波荡洗更对比主尖锉荡洗具有优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论M3-Max组、超声荡洗组和声波荡洗去除内吸收根管中氢氧化钙糊剂效果较好。Objective The aim was to investigate the ability of four ways of irrigation techniques to remove calcium hydroxide(CH)from a simulated internal root resorption cavity.Methods From 2017 to January 2019 the root canals of one hundred extracted single root teeth prepared using the MTwo system to size 40#.Standardized simulated internal root resorption cavities were prepared in the two root halves.The root canals of 10 teeth without any CH served as the negative control group.The root canals of 90 teeth were filled with CH,10 of them were not treated,the remaining 80 teeth were randomLy divided into 4 groups(n=20),according to the different irrigation techniques:M3-Max irrigation group,ultrasonic irrigation group,sonic vibration group and main file cleaning group.The remaining amount of CH was evaluated under a stereomicroscope,using van der Sluis scoring system.The data were statistically analyzed main file cleaning group,the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests(P<0.05).Results The internal absorption tube residual removal ratio is greater than 1/2.The M3-Max sputum sputum group(G1)is 80.0%,the passive ultrasonic swash group(G2)is 75.0%,and the sonic swashing(G3)group is 70.0%,three groups.The comparison between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the main tip sputum washing group only accounted for 32.5%,compared with G1,G2 and G3,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,in the cleaning of the calcium hydroxide paste in the root canal,M3-Max washing,passive ultrasonic washing,and sonic washing are more advantageous than the main tip washing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The M3-Max irrigation,ultrasonic irrigation and sonic vibration techniques were superior to the conventional main file cleaning group in removing CH from simulated internal root resorption cavity.
