摘　　要：目的分析脑静脉窦血栓形成的MRI表现,提高对脑静脉窦血栓形成影像表现的认识。方法回顾性分析该院2017年2月—2019年2月经临床确诊的34例脑静脉窦血栓形成患者的临床资料,探讨脑静脉窦血栓形成患者的MRI平扫及3D Bravo序列增强扫描的影像表现。结果34例脑静脉窦血栓形成患者发病部位位于直窦5例,横窦7例,乙状窦8例,上矢状窦14例。MRI平扫显示脑静脉窦流空效应消失,6例T1WI呈等信号、T2WI呈低信号,18例T1WI和T2WI呈高信号,10例T1WI呈不均匀低信号、T2WI呈高信号。增强扫描显示静脉窦内血栓无强化,静脉窦呈圆形、环形或三角形强化,呈充盈缺损状。DSA显示16例受累静脉窦呈不规则显影、静脉窦狭窄影或不显影,与3DBravo序列增强扫描检查显示的发病部位和血栓数量一致。结论脑静脉窦血栓形成的MRI表现具有特征性,联合MRI平扫、3D Bravo序列增强扫描可作为脑静脉窦血栓形成诊断的准确方法。Objective To analyze the MRI manifestation of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,improve the understanding of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis image performance.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in February 2017 to February 2019 menstrual 34 cases of clinical diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in patients with clinical data,to investigate the imaging findings of MRI plain scan and 3D Bravo sequence enhanced scan in patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.Results The incidence of 34 patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis was located in 5 cases of straight sinus,7 cases of transverse sinus,8 cases of sigmoid sinus and 14 cases of superior sagittal sinus.MRI plain scan showed that the cerebral venous sinus flow disappeared.Six cases showed equal signal on T1WI,low signal on T2WI,high signal on T1WI and T2WI in 18 cases,uneven signal in 10 cases and high signal in T2WI.Enhanced scan showed venous sinus thrombosis without reinforcement,sinus assumes the circular,circular or triangular reinforcement,a filling defect.DSA showed that 16 cases of affected sinus were irregularly developed,sinus stenosis or no development,consistent with the number of lesions and thrombus displayed by 3D Bravo sequence enhanced scan.Conclusion The MRI features of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis are characteristic.Combined with MRI plain scan and 3D Bravo sequence enhanced scan can be used as an accurate method for the diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.
