摘  要:针对汽车管件结构复杂、成形困难的问题,分析了某6061铝合金汽车管件内高压成形工艺过程。运用专业有限元软件Ansys建立了管件内高压成形有限元仿真模型,对内高压成形不同工序的成形形状及等效应力进行了仿真。结果表明:汽车管件内高压成形工艺过程比较合理,管件成形良好;结构和工艺参数对等效应力及其分布影响较大。Aiming at the problems of complex structure and difficult forming of automobile pipe fittings,the internal high pressure forming process of 6061 aluminum alloy tube fitting was analyzed.A finite element simulation model of internal high pressure forming of tube was established by using the professional finite element software Ansys.The forming shape and equivalent stress of different processes of internal high pressure forming were simulated.The results show that the inner high pressure forming process of the automobile pipe fitting is reasonable and the tube fitting are well formed.The structure and process parameters have great influence on the equivalent stress and its distribution.
