白内障超声乳化术中后囊膜破裂患者术后双眼的对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双眼白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植人术其中一眼后囊膜破裂患者的双眼术后主观症状及近、远期视功能恢复及预后的对比性分析。方法对16例32只眼双眼先后白内障超声乳化手术,其中一眼后囊膜破裂患者进行双眼对比回顾性分析,记录患者术后各时期眼酸胀不适、畏光、眼前黑影飘动、手术满意度综合评价等主观感受及手术前后眼压、术后最佳矫正视力、对比敏感度、黄斑MFT、术后并发症情况。结果后囊膜破裂组患者各主观症状及满意度均与后囊膜完整组在随访期内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后最佳矫正视力、眼压、对比敏感度高频段在术后一定时期意义(P<0.05)具有统计学差异,MFT术后两组无统计学差异。结论术中后囊膜破裂可引起一系列主观症状及手术并发症的改变。预防及正确处理并发症的同时应更多关注患者主观症状的改善,提高患者满意度。Objective To determine the binocular contrast of subjective symptoms,near and future visual function recovery and outcome after posterior capsule rupture in one eye during cataract phacoemulsification surgery.Methods Thirty-two eyes of 16 patients in which one eyes suffered posterior capsule rupture were retrospectively studied.Subjective symptoms including eyeball soreness,phengophobia,dark shadow,satisfaction and intraocular pressure(IOP),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),contrast sensitivity function(CS)minimal foveal thickness(MFT)were compared,Results There were significant differences between two groups in subjective symptoms,satisfaction.BCVA,IOP and high_frequency section of CS were significantly different for a period of time.No significant difference in MFT.Conclusions Posterior capsule rupture could cause a series of subjective discomforts and some surgical complications.Prevent and manage complications correctly and pay more attention to subjective symptoms,improve patients satisfaction.
