前房注气在角膜后弹力层脱离复位术中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障术后角膜后弹力层脱离的原因及治疗措施。方法回顾性分析白内障术后角膜后弹力层脱离15例(15只眼),除2例术中发现者外均经眼前段光学相干断层成像扫描(前段OCT)确定诊断。其中轻度脱离9例,中度脱离6例,均行前房注气术。结果角膜后弹力层脱离复位后15例(15只眼)角膜均恢复透明,未出现相关并发症。结论白内障手术中或术后及早发现和及时处理角膜后弹力层脱离对预防术后并发症及视力恢复有重要作用,前房注气术是有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate reasons and treatment methods of cornel Descemet membrane detachment after cataract surgeries.Methods Retrospective analysis of 15 cormnel Descemet membranre detachment cases(15eyes)after cataract surgeries.All 15 cases confirmed by anterior chamber-optical coherence tomographer(OCT),among which 9 were mild detachment and 6 were moderate detachment.All cases were applied with intracameral ail injection and 2 cases were observed with complete detachment when conducting watertight incision after phacoemulsification surgeries.Results All 15 cases had achieved restoration of a transparent cornea,novision disorders or other complications were observed.Conclusions Early detection and treatment of cornel Descement membrane detachment during cataract surgeries would prevent post--surgery complications and greatly benefit vision recovery.
