冲洗针头在前房内毛虫刺取出中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨冲洗针头在取出毛毛虫体毛刺所致前房异物中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年1~12月以来在六盘水市人民医院眼科收治的13例(13只眼)因毛毛虫袭眼致前房内毛毛虫刺异物患者,经中空钝性冲洗针头抽吸去除异物的临床疗效。结果随访1月13例(13只眼)行前房异物取出患者,10例治愈,2例好转,1例无效,总有效率92.3%(12/13)。术后视力恢复良好,前房炎症反应消退快。结论在显微镜下使用中空钝性冲洗针头抽吸前房内毛毛虫体毛异物手术方法简单,效果确切,是一种值得推广的实用方法。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of hallow blunt washing needle in take out a caterpillar body burr in the anterior chamber.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical effects of blunt syringe needle in treatment of foreign body in anterior chamber of 13 patients which suffered from the caterpillar attack at the inpatients service of our hospital during January 2015 to December 2015.Result Follow up for 1 month of 13 patients,10 eyes were cured,2 effective,1 invalid and the total effective rate was 92.3%.The postoperative visual acuity recovered well,and the anterior chamber inflammation subsided quickly.Conclusions The method of using hallow blunt washing needle in taking out of caterpillar thorn in the anterior chamber under the microscope is simple and effective,and it is a practical method should be promoting.
