摘　　要：从胃癌的病因病机与气血的关系及胃癌的治疗方法方面阐述了胃癌应以气血理论为纲,以气血同治为大法,立疏肝调气,理气化痰,活血化瘀,健脾益气四项主要治则进行辨治。According to the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer and the relationship between Qi and blood,the treatment of gastric cancer should be on the theory of Qi and blood. The treatment should treat Qi and blood at the same time and soothing liver Qi,regulating spleen and resolving phlegm,invigorating the circulation of blood,strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi are the four major therapeutic principles of syndrome differentiation.
