解毒化瘀颗粒治疗肝衰竭作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：肝衰竭是指由多种因素引起的凝血功能障碍、黄疸、腹水和器官严重衰竭的临床证候群。解毒化瘀颗粒是毛德文教授依据肝衰竭"毒邪病因"学说提炼出治疗肝衰竭的有效方剂,具有较好的临床疗效。目前解毒化瘀颗粒对肝衰竭治疗的相关文献已较多,其对于肝衰竭作用机制已有深入的研究,但是却无一个系统的归纳总结。文章综述了近年来解毒化瘀颗粒用于肝衰竭方面的临床及药理作用机制,得出解毒化瘀颗粒治疗肝衰竭的作用机制包括:预防慢性乙型肝炎重症化、抑制肝细胞凋亡坏死、减轻肝内微循环障碍、纠正肝性脑病肠道微生态紊乱、促进肝细胞再生。从辨病论治的特点出发,结合现代药理研究,阐述解毒化瘀颗粒的作用机制,对作用靶点进行深入探讨,为今后解毒化瘀颗粒临床应用和深入研究提供科学依据。Hepatic failure is the clinical syndrome of coagulation dysfunction,jaundice,ascites and organ failure caused by various factors. Jiedu Huayu Granules is the effective prescription for the treatment of liver failure,which is extracted by Professor MAO Dewen according to the theory of " toxic evil" of liver failure. At present,there is lots of literature on the treatment of liver failure by Jiedu Huayu Granules,and the mechanism of liver failure has been deeply studied,but there is no systematic summary.This article reviewed the clinical and pharmacological mechanism of Jiedu Huayu Granules in liver failure in recent years,and concluded that the mechanism of Jiedu Huayu Granules treating liver failure includes preventing chronic liver failure hepatitis B,inhibiting hepatocyte apoptosis and necrosis,clearing up the disturbance of intrahepatic microcirculation,correcting intestinal microecological disorder of hepatic encephalopathy,and promoting hepatocyte regeneration. Based on the characteristics of disease differentiation and treatment,combined with modern pharmacological research,the mechanism of Jiedu Huayu Granules is expounded,and the action target is deeply discussed,which provides scientific basis for clinical application and further study of detoxification and blood stasis granule in the future.
