摘　　要：文章针对皖北地区地方高职院校机电专业学生集中顶岗实习通过实地感受和问卷调查,发现集中顶岗实习中存在的问题,并根据同学、企业、制度的问题提出相应的对策。In view of the students of mechanical and electrical specialty in the local higher vocational colleges in the north of Anhui province, this paper finds out the problems existing in the practice through on-the-spot experience and questionnaire survey, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems according to the problems of students, enterprises and institutions.
