摘　　要：本文研究了行人闯红灯的主要原因、近五年行人闯红灯所引发的交通事故情况及行人通行的法律法规。通过借鉴发达国家治理行人闯红灯的对策和结合我国新时代下执法规范化建设,提出利用科技化手段治理行人闯红灯的方法,并介绍了目前行业内主流的行人闯红灯预警系统,最后提出行人闯红灯的治理建议,供交通管理部门参考。This paper studies the main causes of pedestrians running red lights,the traffic accidents caused by pedestrians running red lights in the past five years and pedestrian traffic laws and regulations.By learning from the countermeasures of developed countries to manage pedestrians running red lights and combining with the construction of law enforcement standardization in the new era of our country,it puts forward the method of managing pedestrians running red lights by scientific means,and introduces the current mainstream pedestrians running red lights warning system in the industry.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions on the management of pedestrians running red light for reference by the traffic management department.
