摘  要:结合塑件两头为直管,中间为劣弧弯管特征,内壁脱模困难的问题,设计了1模1腔改装式3板注塑模具,模具单点点浇口进行浇注,分3次分型打开。设计了1个前模插销驱动斜抽芯机构和1个哈弗滑块机构来完成外壁的抽芯脱模。结合管内壁上两端为直壁,中间为劣弧弯管壁的脱模,采用直线抽芯方式进行脱模,将弯管段的成型件分为5个成型块,由2个油缸驱动机构和2个顶出机构来完成管内壁的完全脱模。其中,上端1个油缸机构通过油缸驱动水平滑块来完成管内壁上端直管和部分弯管壁的1个成型块的抽芯。另一个油缸机构通过油缸来驱动1个2次斜向抽芯机构来实现弯管内壁3个成型件的抽芯。塑件最后留于管内壁第5个成型件及动模型芯上,由顶出机构顶出后,被注塑机气枪将塑件从第5个内壁成型件上吹落,完成自动脱模。In view of the problem that the two ends of the plastic parts were straight pipes,the characteristics of the minor arc bend pipes and the difficulty of drawing the inner wall were difficult,a three plate injection mold with one mold and one chamber was designed,and the single point gate of the mold was poured and divided into 3 stages.A bevel core pulling mechanism driven by the front die pin and a harvard slider mechanism were designed to realize the core pulling and demoulding of the outer wall.Aiming at the stripping of inner wall with straight wall at both ends and inferior Arc-Bending tube wall at the middle,the stripping method was adopted by using straight core pulling method.The scheme was that the forming parts of the elbow section were divided into five forming blocks,and the complete stripping of inner wall was realized by two cylinder driving mechanisms and two ejecting mechanisms.The upper cylinder mechanism drives horizontal slider through the cylinder to complete the stripping of inner wall straight pipe at the upper end of the tube.Core-pulling of one forming block of partial elbow wall;Another cylinder mechanism drives secondary oblique core-pulling mechanism to realize core-pulling of three forming parts of inner wall of elbow pipe;the plastic parts were finally left on the fifth forming part of inner wall of pipe and the dynamic model core,and then ejected by ejector mechanism,the plastic parts were blown off from the fifth inner wall forming part by air gun of injection moulding machine to realize automatic core-pulling.
