摘　　要：丨丨的:探讨恶性肿瘤病人PICC置管后发生血栓的相关因素的研究。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年9月在我院行PICC置管病人,记录病人一般资料、病史资料、疾病的诊断与治疗、置管情况、并发症等。对PICC置管后静脉血栓形成发生率的相关影响因素进行分析。结果:2242例病人中发生PICC血栓的有54例。非O型血病人血栓发生率高于O型血病人。妇科肿瘤病人、BMI较高者的病人发生PICC-DVT较高。多因素分析表明,血型、BMI是PICC-DVT发生的独立影响因素。结论:非0型血病人发生P1CC-DVT的风险高于O型血病人。BMI较高者病人发生PICC-DVT的风险更高。Objective:To investigate the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with cancer after PICC catheterization.Methods:Patients who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and general information,medical history,diagnosis and treatment of the disease,catheterization situation and complications of the patients were recorded.Blood group status was identified from hospital information systems.Univariable and multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed to identify risk factors for PICC-related DVT.Results:Of the 2242 patients,54 had thrombosis after PICC catheterization.The incidence of thrombosis was higher in patients with non-O blood type than blood group O.Patients with gynecological tumors and those with higher BMI had higher PICC-DVT.In the multivariate analysis,BMI and non-O blood type were independently associated with increased risk of DVT.Conclusion:The risk of PICC-DVT in patients with non-O blood type is significantly higher than blood group O.Patients with a higher BMI have a higher risk of PICC-DVT.
