摘　　要：目的总结无晶状体眼硅油取出术后急性角膜失代偿的临床表现。方法回顾性分析10例(10眼)无晶状体眼硅油取出术前、术后角膜的眼前节照相,角膜光学相干断层扫描(OCT),角膜内皮细胞计数,眼压测量结果。结果10例(10只眼)无晶状体眼硅油取出术前角膜清亮,角膜OCT显示厚度增厚,各层光滑,内皮细胞计数测不出;硅油取出术后角膜灰白色水肿,角膜OCT显示各层厚度增加,内皮明显皱褶。结论无晶状体眼硅油取出术后急性角膜失代偿与前房硅油长期接触角膜有关。Objective To summarize the clinical manifestation of acute comeal decompensation after silicone oil removing in aphakic eyes.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 10 patients(10 eyes)on the photograph of anterior segment,Optic Coherence Tomography(OCT)of comeal,corneal endothelial cell count and intraocular pressure(IOP)in preoperation and postoperation.Results In preoperation,10 eyes were characterized by clear and smooth comeal,endothelial cell count could not be measured.In postoperation 10 eyes were characterized by edema and thickened comeal,fold in endothelial cell layer.Conclusions Acute comeal decompensation are associated with touching silicone oil in aphakic eyes.
