摘　　要：新工科建设是当前工科教育的主旋律,国内新工科教育的理论与实践处于积极的探索阶段。针对当前情况,本文介绍了新工科教育的国外现状以及国家教育部对我国新工科建设的总体部署;针对地方性高校的环境专业自身特色和办学定位,提出了培养方案在制定过程中的理念和具体做法。The construction of new engineering is the main theme of current engineering education.The theory and practice of new engineering education in China is in a positive exploration stage.In view of the current situation,this paper introduces the current situation of new engineering education in foreign countries and the overall deployment of the Ministry of education to the construction of new engineering in China;in view of the characteristics of the local university’s environmental specialty and the orientation of the school,it puts forward the concept and specific methods of the development of the training program.
