摘 要:"三全育人"紧紧围绕立德树人根本任务,充分发挥我国社会主义特色的育人优势,以全面提高人才培养能力为关键,努力提高研究生培养的针对性和长效性,形成全员全过程全方位育人。本文从"三全育人"的含义出发,探讨了"三全育人"视角下的研究生培养,围绕师德师风建设、导师指导培养、学术能力培育、培养过程管理、导师能力提升等方面,对高校研究生培养长效机制的构建进行了深入的探讨。"Three Whole Education"closely revolves around the fundamental task of cultivating talents,gives full play to the educational advantages of socialist education with Chinese characteristics.To comprehensively improve the ability of personnel training as the key,it can improve the pertinence and long-term effect of graduate education,and form the whole process of all-round education.In this paper,starting from the meaning of"three whole education",which is discussed under the perspective of postgraduate education,around the virtue construction among teachers,?the?training and instruction?of?tutors,academic development,training process management,and supervisor competence improvement etc.,building long-term effective mechanism for postgraduate education has carried on the deep discussion.
