399例健康人群的脑干听觉诱发电位正常参考值测定

摘　　要：目的:分析测定菏泽地区健康人群脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的正常参考值范围。方法:2016年6月至2019年6月期间连续人组399例10〜80岁体检的健康人群,使用Nicolet Viking Quest诱发电位肌电图仪检测BAEP,使用SPSS19.0软件统计分析不同年龄组、不同性别的各潜伏期(PL)、峰间期(IPL)、波幅等参数。结果:①各PL、IPL与年龄呈显著性正相关[r=0.9〜0.6,显著性(双侧)=0.000];建立了各PL、IPL与年龄、性别的多元直线回归方程,实际均数和回归方程产生的均数之间没有统计学差异;②PEARSON相关分析显示:波幅和年龄之间呈高度负相关[r=—0.833〜一0.940,显著性(双侧)=0.000];波幅V/I值和年龄之间呈高度正相关[r=0.867,显著性(双侧)=0.000];③男性各PL、IPL均较女性明显延长,波幅则明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);④IPL的Ⅲ一V/I—Ⅱ比值<1;⑤波幅V/I、两侧波I、波V波幅比值均>0.5;⑥各PL、IPL两侧差值均<0.26ms。结论:本研究为健康人群的BAEP的正常参考值范围提供数据支持。Objective:To analyze the normal reference range of brain stem auditory evoked potential in healthy people in Heze District.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2019,399 healthy people aged 10~80 years old were continu ously enrolled for the examination of brainstem audtory evoked poten tial(BAEP)with Nicolet Viking Quest evoked potential electroelectrogra ph.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyzed peak latensy(PL),interpeak latensy(IPL),amplitude(AMP)and other parameters of the subjects of d ifferent age and sexes.Results:The PL and IPL were positively correlated with age(r=0.9~0.6,bilateral significance=0.000).Multiple linear regression equations were established for PL,IPL,age and gender.There was no statistical difference between the actual mean and the mean produced by the regression equation.Pearson correlation analy sis showed high negative correlation between amplitude and age(r=—0.833^-0.940,bilateral significance=0.000).There was high positive co rrelation between amplitude V/I and age(r=0.867,bilateral significance=0.000).Compared with the female,the PL and the IPL were significantly prolonged and the AMP significantly decreased in the m ale(P<0.01).The ratio of III-V/I-II was less than 1.Amplitude ratio of wave V/I,wave I on both sides and wave V were all more than 0.5.The d ifference between both sides of PL and IPL were≤O.26 ms.Conclusion:This study provides data support for normal reference range in BAEP.
