军人心理健康热线咨询量表的研制

摘　　要：目的:研制军人心理危机干预热线用来电者心理健康评估问卷。方法:2014年7月至2016年10月,选取心理服务需求较高的驻地部队战士共490人,进行用军人心理健康热线咨询量表测试,并选取其中60人在1个月后进行90项症状清单、社会支持量表和生活事件量表测试及军人心理健康热线咨询量表复测。结果:KMO值为0.881和Bartlett值10281.800(P<0.001);总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.779(P<0.01),各因子的Cronbach’sα系数为0.687~0.922(P<0.01);总量表重测信度为0.781(P<0.001),各因子重测信度为0.643~0.854(P<0.01);经过探索性因素分析,5个因子可以解释总体方差的49.86%;军人心理健康热线咨询量表各因子分分别与SCL-90量表对应的抑郁、焦虑及精神病性因子有高度相关,相关系数0.813~0.869(P<0.01);与社会支持总分及生活事件总分也存在高度相关,相关系数0.837(P<0.01);生活事件因子与LES总分也存在中度相关,相关系数0.672(P<0.01);验证性因素分析显示RMSEA为0.031,TLI、IFI、CFI、GFI分别为0.907、0.922、0.916、0.945,均大于0.90,且RMR为0.044,小于0.05。结论:军人心理健康热线咨询量表经检验有较好的信度、效度,可用于军人心理危机干预热线,以规范接电流程,快速评估来电者心理困扰,提高接电质量。Objective:To develop a questionnaire for mental health assessment of the military psychological crisis intervention hotline.Methods:From July 2014 to October 2016,we selected higher demand psychological services stations troops,a total of 490 people,with military mental health hotline scale test;60 people were selected in a month after the test of 90 list of symptoms,social support scale,and life events scale and the retest of military hotline mental health scale.Results:KMO value was 0.881 and Bartlett value was 10281.800(P<0.001);Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of total table was 0.779(P<0.01),and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of each factor was 0.687~0.922(P<0.01).The retest reliability of the total meter was 0.781(P<0.001),and the retest reliability of each factor was 0.643~0.854(P<0.01).After exploratory factor analysis,5 factors could account for 49.86%of the population variance.The various factors of the military mental health hotline were highly correlated with depression,anxiety and psychiatric factors corresponding to the SCL-90 scale,and the correlation coefficient was 0.813~0.869(P<0.01).The total score of social support and life events was also highly correlated,with correlation coefficient of 0.837(P<0.01).There was also moderate correlation between the life events factor and LES total score,and the correlation coefficient was 0.672(P<0.01).The confirmatory factor analysis showed that RMSEA was 0.031,TLI,IFI,CFI and GFI were 0.907,0.922,0.916 and 0.945 respectively,both greater than 0.90,and RMR was 0.044,less than 0.05.Conclusion:The Scale of Military Mental Health Hotline has a good reliability and validity.It is suitable for the military mental health hotline Consultation Scale.It can quickly assess the caller’s psychological problems and improve the efficiency of consultation.
