摘 要:通过对中国传统家具中榫卯结构的接合形式的研究,阐述了实木家具中裹腿构件的应用现状,并对其结构和接合方式进行分析。针对传统裹腿结构所需要的传统手工工艺进行研究,发现现有加工工艺难以满足大批量规模化生产,进而结合已有的工业生产设备及方式,寻求对实木家具裹腿构件榫接合方式进行现代化改良的方法。此外,本研究介绍了一种新型的实木家具裹腿构件结构及加工方式。这一创新型结构将传统的榫接合类型改进成能适应现代化机械加工的椭圆榫,并使裹腿结构的裹腿枨和腿部、裹腿枨和裹腿枨之间都能通过榫接合连接,增加了裹腿构件的接合强度,提高了裹腿家具的稳定性并延长其使用寿命,同时使结构本身也能够更好地适应现代化机械加工的制作工艺。In this paper,by studying the joint form of mortise and tenon in traditional Chinese furniture,the application status of foot-binding in solid wood furniture is expounded,and its structure and joint mode are analyzed.Based on the research of traditional handcraft required by traditional legging structure,the author knows that it is difficult to meet the requirement of large-scale production with its existing processing technology,and then combined with the existing industrial production equipment and mode,the author seeks a modernized and improved method for the tenon joint mode of legging components of solid wood furniture.In addition,this paper also introduces a new type of solid wood furniture leggings structure and its processing method.This innovative structure will improve a traditional tenon joint types can adapt to modern machining elliptic projection,and makes the structure of the chaps chaps Cheng and legs,chaps Cheng and legging can through joint connection between Cheng,not only increase the bonding strength of chaps component,and improved the stability and service life of the chaps furniture,can make furniture chaps this ingenious structure can adapt to modern machining process.
