内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗老年单发早期胃癌的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)治疗老年单发早期胃癌患者的安全性和有效性。方法选取2017年7月-2019年7月我院收治的110例老年单发早期胃癌患者为研究对象,随机分为1组和2组,各55例,对比患者治疗过程中的各项指标及患者并发症发生率及复发率。结果1组患者治疗过程中的各项指标对比显著好于2组(P<0.05),且1组患者并发症发生率为3.64%,2组患者并发症发生率为16.36%,1组患者复发率为5.45%,2组患者复发率为20.00%,相比之下,1组患者并发症发生率及复发率显著低于2组(P<0.05)。结论内镜黏膜下剥离术在老年单发早期胃癌患者治疗中具有一定的安全性,不仅降低了患者治疗后的复发率同时在患者术后并发症发生率的控制上也具有重要价值。因而在未来临床医学发展中,应该将该种治疗方式与患者治疗结合,以此提升患者治疗水平。Objective To analyze the safety and effectiveness of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)in the treatment of elderly patients with early gastric cancer.Methods 110 elderly patients with early gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as research objects,randomly divided into groups 1 and 2,55 cases in each group,the complications and recurrence rates were compared during treatment.Results The indicators in the treatment process of group 1 were significantly better than those in group 2(P<0.05),the complication rate of group 1 was 3.64%.The incidence of complications in the groups 2 was 16.36%.The recurrence rate in group 1 was 5.45%,the recurrence rate of the groups 2 was 20.00%.By contrast,The incidence and recurrence rate of complications in group 1 was significantly lower than that in group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic submucosal dissection has certain safety in the treatment of elderly patients with single early gastric cancer,it not only reduces the recurrence rate of patients after treatment,but also has important value in the control of the incidence of postoperative complications.So in the future of clinical medicine,it should be combined with patient care,to improve patients’treatment.
