摘　　要：目的探究急性脑梗死后脑出血转化患者治疗中阿替普酶静脉溶栓的治疗效果以及相关转化因素。方法将我院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的急性脑梗死患者70例作为研究对象,随机分对照组和研究组,对比治疗后神经功能康复情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果70例患者就治疗后1周以及2周时NHISS评分对比研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率对比,研究组(2.86%)低于对照组(28.57%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者治疗中阿普替酶静脉溶栓的治疗能够有效提升对患者神经功能异常的改善效果,且用药安全性较高,患者治疗后出血的发生率与患者NHISS评分有非常密切的关系,因此在治疗过程中不仅要对患者脑梗死症状进行治疗,还需要加强对患者其他各类系统疾病的治疗。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in patients with cerebral hemorrhage transformation after acute cerebral infarction and the related transformation factors.Methods 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and research group.The rehabilitation of nerve function and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared.Results The NHISS scores of the patients in the research group were lower than that in the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group(2.86%)was lower than that in the control group(28.57%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction,and its safety is high.The incidence of hemorrhage after treatment is closely related to the NHISS score of patients.Therefore,in the course of treatment,not only the symptoms of cerebral infarction should be carried out.Treatment also needs to be strengthened for other systemic diseases of patients.
