摘  要:在当前破"五唯"的背景下,研究生动态淘汰机制的建立和完善成为提升研究生教育质量的重大举措。英国研究生动态淘汰机制反映了其明确研究生培养目标,加强教育监督和反馈工作,提倡合理纠错机制的内在政策逻辑。以英国全方位、多层次、多维度的研究生动态淘汰机制为研究对象,以剑桥大学、牛津大学等英国一流高校为例,以招生录取、课程评价、论文及学位评估等环节的筛选和淘汰为议题,总结英国在建设和完善动态淘汰机制过程中的经验与教训,能够为我国研究生培养和质量保障提供一定的经验借鉴和政策参考。Under the current background of“Breaking Five Uniques”,the establishment and improvement of postgraduate dynamic elimination mechanism has become the top priority for improving the quality of postgraduate education.The dynamic elimination mechanism of postgraduate students in the UK reflects its inherent policy logic of clarifying graduate training objectives,strengthening education supervision and feedback,and promoting reasonable error correction mechanisms.This study takes the UK's all-round,multi-level and multi-dimensional postgraduate dynamic elimination mechanism as the target,taking Cambridge University and Oxford University as examples,and it also takes the selection of admission,course evaluation,thesis and degree evaluation as topics.By summarizing the experience and lessons of Britain in the process of building and improving the dynamic elimination mechanism,this paper provides some policy choices and references for postgraduate training and quality assurance in China.
