摘 要:采用贴接法进行机械嫁接时,对接穗与砧木的创口贴合度要求较高。在对比不同拢苗方案的基础上,根据贴接法作业原理以及创面贴合的要求,提出了一种交错拢苗方案,并在现有茄果类蔬菜嫁接机上设计了一种拢苗机构,并进行了拢苗试验。根据试验的目的要求,拟定了多因素正交试验方案,分析了不同夹口间距、竖直拢苗距离、水平拢苗距离对对接成功率的影响程度,建立了各部件位置参数与对接成功率之间的三维关系,为拢苗机构的设计提供了依据。The method of mechanical grafting requires a high degree of adherence between scions and rootstocks.On the basis of comparing different methods of closing seedlings,according to the principle of the method of closing seedlings and the requirements of wound closing,a staggered closing scheme is proposed.A closing mechanism is designed on the existing eggplant and fruit vegetable grafting machine.The closing experiment is carried out on the mechanism.The multi-factor orthogonal test scheme was drawn up,and the influence degree of different clamp spacing,vertical seedling closure distance and horizontal seedling closure distance on the success rate of docking was analyzed.The three-dimensional relationship between the position parameters of each component and the success rate of docking was established,which provided a basis for the design of the seedling closure mechanism.
