摘  要:目的观察多通道阴道模在术后宫颈癌三维后装治疗中的价值。方法选取宫颈癌术后行后装治疗患者40例,每次治疗均使用多通道阴道模,同时模拟设计A(多通道阴道模)、B(单通道阴道模)两组,每组80个计划,分别比较两组的靶区剂量(D90、D98)及危及器官直肠、膀胱照射剂量(D0.1cc、D1cc、D2cc)。结果在给予相同处方剂量的情况下,A组的模拟靶区剂量(D90和D98)与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组的膀胱D1cc、D2cc和直肠D0.1cc、D1cc、D2cc均显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用多通道阴道模进行后装治疗模式可降低膀胱、直肠的受照剂量,或可减少临床治疗上放射性膀胱炎及放射性直肠炎的发生。Objective To observe the value of multi-channel vaginal model in the three-dimensional brachytherapy after cervical cancer surgery. Methods A total of 40 patients undergoing three-dimensional brachytherapy after cervical cancer surgery were selected. Multi-channel vaginal model has been used in each treatment. Group A(multi-channel vaginal model) and Group B(single-channel vaginal model) have been designed, 80 plans for each group. The two groups were compared in terms of the dose of target area(D90 and D98) and radiation dose endangering rectum and bladder(D0.1 cc, D1 cc and D2 cc). Results Given the same prescription dose, there was no statistical difference in the simulated dose of target area(D90 and D98) between Group A and B(P>0.05). The bladder D1 cc and D2 cc and rectum D0.1 cc, D1 cc and D2 cc in Group A were significantly lower than Group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The use of multichannel vaginal model in three-dimensional brachytherapy can effectively reduce the exposure dose of the bladder and rectum, or possibly reduce the incidence of radiation cystitis and radiation proctitis in clinical treatment.
