摘 要:利用物体内部测点温度辨识表面热流,是一典型热传导逆问题。利用一维表面热流辨识方法处理分析MF-1航天模型飞行试验的温度测量数据,获得了表面热流数据。辨识结果结合数值模拟预测结果可以有效地判断边界层流态变化(再层流化、转捩)发生的区域,达到了预期目标。一维辨识方法模型过于简单有其局限性,比如一维方法没有考虑到测温结构与飞行器壳体之间的横向传热,辨识结果中出现了不合理的负热流,精度不足以支持深入定量对比分析。为了克服这一缺陷,提高辨识精度,采用三维传热模型来分析处理温度测量数据、辨识表面热流,由此得到的辨识结果比一维辨识结果更加合理。在三维传热模型的表面热流辨识计算中,还考虑了接触热阻对测温部件表面温度辨识结果的影响,并通过模拟计算给出了他们的影响规律。通过这一系列分析可以看到,飞行试验中测温部件传热较为复杂,而基于精细传热模型的表面热流辨识方法可以有效获得精度较高的辨识结果。同时这也预示了这一方法在航天飞行试验中应用的潜力。Estimation of surface heat flux by using interior temperature is a type inverse heat conduction problem.This paper presented the surface heat flux estimated from thermocouple measurements of the first flight of CARDC space vehicle model by one dimensional surface heat flux estimation method.By comparing with numerical prediction,the result was used to detect the boundary transition region,achieved the desired goal.But one dimensional method is relatively simple and has its limitations.For example,it cannot simulate the local three-dimensional heat transfer between the sensor and nearing vehicle structure,and a small part of unreasonable neglect heat flux was found in the small part of the estimation results as the most part was in good agreement with numerical prediction.In order to overcome this defect and improve the accuracy of estimation,surface heat flux estimation method for the three-dimensional heat transfer model was used to analyze thermocouple measurements,and the result of three-dimensional model was more reasonable than that of one dimensional model.The influences of thermal contact resistance and surface temperature of sensor were also considered in the three-dimensional model.Generally speaking,the heat transfer of temperature measurement units is very complicated,and the heat flux estimation based on precise heat transfer model can effectively obtain high-precision surface heat flux which can be used to support the study of aerodynamic heating.The estimation results also indicate that the heat flux estimation method used in this paper has great application potential in flight test.
