摘 要:为了满足工业用地布局选址、规划建设、安全运行、转型升级对地质资源及地质环境的需求,探索一套基于地质要素进行定量评价工业用地适宜性的方法体系,对长江岸线湖北段进行定量评价。结合长江沿岸地质环境特点,选取岩土体类型、地基承载力大小、地形地貌条件、岸线稳定性、地质灾害发育程度、砂土顶板埋深、浅层地下水富水性、抗震设防烈度、距水源地保护区安全距离、距发震断裂距离及场地深大断裂的分布等10个重要因子,运用层次分析法确定各因子的权重,及GIS手段和定量方法计算,确定各岸段工业用地开发利用适宜性等级,并对岸段特征进行分析,为湖北长江沿线城市用地规划提供决策依据。In order to meet the needs of geological resources and geological environment for industrial land layout,site selection,planning and construction,safe operation,transformation and upgrading,a method system for quantitative evaluation of suitability of pollutible industrial land based on geological factors was explored.The quantitative evaluation of Hubei section of the Yangtze River shoreline was carried out by the method.According to the characteristics of the geological environment along the Yangtze River,ten important factors,such as the geotechnical type and bearing capacity of foundation;topographic and geomorphological conditions,coastline stability,development degree of geological hazards,buried depth of sandy soil roof,water-rich shallow groundwater,seismic fortification intensity,safe distance from water source protection area,distance from seismogenic fracture and distribution of deep and large faults in site were selected.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method was used to determine the weight of each factor,and GIS method and quantitative method was used to calculate the suitability grade of industrial land development and utilization in each bank section.The characteristics of the bank section were analyzed to provide decision-making basis for the selection of urban planning land along the Yangtze River in Hubei Province.
