摘　　要：高校思政课实践教学是高校培育社会主义建设者和接班人的重要途径之一,大学精神是高校发展的灵魂指引和精神动力。探讨大学精神培育的基本规律及其与思政课实践教学的耦合关系,对助力思政课内涵式发展有着重要的理论价值与现实意义。“桂工精神”是桂林理工大学的文化内核与行动指南,它的传承与弘扬是桂工人坚持不懈的奋斗目标,文中通过阐释在思政课实践教学中培育“桂工精神”的系列改革,探索新时代培育“桂工精神”的新要求。Practical teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges is one of the important ways to cultivate socialist builders and successors.University spirit is the soul guidance and spiritual motivation for the development of colleges.Dis-cussing the basic law of university spirit cultivation and its cou-pling relation with practical teaching of ideological and political courses,it has important theoretical value and practical signifi-cance for the connotative development of ideological and political courses."Guigong Spirit"is the cultural core and action guide of Guilin University of Technology.Its inheritance and promotion is the unremitting goal of"Guigong"workers.This paper explains a series of reforms in cultivating"Guigong Spirit"in the practical teaching of ideological and political courses,exploring the new requirements of cultivating"Guigong Spirit"in the new era.
