摘　　要：培养新型职业农民是深化农村改革、推动农村产业转型升级的重大举措,也是加快农业现代化建设的战略任务,黄冈职业技术学院在黄冈市政府主导下,通过创新农民培养模式,积极参与新型职业农民培养工作,为黄冈市现代农业和新农村建设提供了人才支撑和技术服务。Cultivating new-type professional farmers is an important measure to deepen rural reform and promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industries, as well as a strategic task to speed up the construction of agricultural modernization. Huanggang Vocational and Technical College, under the leadership of Huanggang Municipal Government, actively participates in the training of new-type professional farmers by innovating the training mode of farmers, thus providing talents and technical services for modern agriculture and new rural construction in Huanggang City.
