摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,终身学习平台已成为国内建立学习型城市的重要抓手与服务市民终身学习的重要载体,目前我国大部分城市或地区都建设了本区域的终身学习平台。针对自2010年运营至今的“武汉终身学习网”,总结其应用现状,分析其存在的问题。基于平台改造目标,提出在SaaS模式下将“武汉终身学习网”升级改造为“武汉学习网”,并给出了平台系统架构、核心功能设计与推广应用思路。期望对国内其他城市终身学习类平台的建设、升级或运营提供一定的启示。With the development of information technology,Lifelong Learning Platform has become an important grasp of building learning cities in China and an important carrier of serving citizens for lifelong learning.At present,most regions or cities in China have built a lifelong learning platform in their own region.Aiming at the Wuhan Lifelong Learning Website,which has been operating since 2010,this paper summarizes its application status and analyses its existing problems.Based on the goal of platform transformation,this paper proposes upgrading“Wuhan Lifelong Learning Website”to“Wuhan Learning Website”under SaaS mode,and gives the platform system architecture,core function design and application ideas.It is expected to provide some enlightenment for the construction,upgrading or operation of lifelong learning platforms in other cities in China.
