城市边缘社区环境行为研究——以东华东路社区周转房为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着城市化的高速发展,越来越多的城区面临着拆迁和重建,城市能给予弱势群体生存的空间越发渺小。本文以昆明二环内保存下来的为数不多的城市周转房为探讨对象,依托POE理论、运用观察法、问卷分析法和访谈法等,对东华路社区周转房进行使用后评价研究。经过分析,研究提出了相应的保留和改进建议,对老旧社区今后的改造提供相关参考。With the rapid development of urbanization in recent years,more and more urban areas are facing demolition and reconstruction.The living space of the vulnerable groups is narrowed gradually.Based on the theory of POE,this paper studies the post occupancy evaluation of the turnover houses in Donghua Road community by using the observation method,questionnaire analysis method and interview method,which are the rare turnover houses preserved in the second ring road of Kunming.Through the analysis and study,the paper puts forward corresponding preservation and improvement suggestion,and provides relevant reference for the transformation of old community in the future.
