摘  要:对贵州交通职业技术学院快递服务中心的人力资源配置和排班进行案例研究。通过调研获取数据,然后采用时间序列模型预测出下一年的快递收派量,结合快递收派量计算出每天所需工时数;考虑实际的轮班情况,以人力成本最小为目标,构建了相应的数学模型;基于Excel对模型进行优化求解,并给出了实际排班规则。优化方案在满足相关需求的同时节约了人力成本投入,为校园快递服务中心的实际人力资源配置提供了借鉴。This paper makes a case study on human resource allocation and scheduling rule of express service center of Guizhou transportation vocational and technical college.Through investigation and acquisition of data,the time series model is used to predict the delivery volume of express in the next year,and the required working hours are calculated based on the delivery volume of express.Considering the actual shift situation,aiming at the minimum labor cost,the corresponding mathematical model is constructed.The model is optimized and solved based on Excel and scheduling rules are given.The optimization scheme not only meets the relevant needs,but also saves the input of human resources,which provides a reference for the actual human resources allocation of the campus express service center.
