摘  要:餐饮油烟主要由颗粒物及挥发性有机物(VOCs)两类污染物组成,是城市大气PM2.5及其前体物VOCs的主要来源之一。现有的油烟净化技术主要针对油烟中大颗粒物,对于细颗粒物和VOCs没有好的净化效果。本篇论文考察了负载MnO2的蜂窝活性炭对VOCs特征污染物和油烟细颗粒物的去除效果,并对去除效率的影响因素进行了初步探究。探究发现,负载MnO2的蜂窝活性炭对油烟VOCs特征污染物乙醇具有吸附缓冲和催化氧化分解的作用,且臭氧浓度对去除率有较大的影响,并非臭氧浓度越高处理效果越好。细颗粒物的去除率开始随荷电电压的增加而增加,最后保持不变,并且在较低的荷电电压下就可以得到较高的去除效率。风速的增加导致停留时间的减少,从而使细颗粒物的去除效率明显降低。还可通过增加活性炭的尺寸来提高荷电颗粒物的停留时间,进而提升净化效率。Cooking oil fume is mainly composed of two kinds of pollutants, particulate matter and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which is one of the mainsources of PM2.5 and VOCs. The existing oil fume purification technology mainly aims at the large particles in the oil fume, and has no good purification effect onthe fine particles and VOCs. In this paper, the removal efficiency of VOCs characteristic pollutants and oil fume fine particles by MnO2 loaded honeycomb activatedcarbon was investigated, and the influencing factors of removal efficiency were preliminarily explored. It was found that the honeycomb activated carbon loaded withMnO2 has the functions of adsorption buffer and catalytic oxidation decomposition for the VOCs characteristic pollutant ethanol of lampblack, and the ozoneconcentration has a greater impact on the removal rate, not the higher the ozone concentration, the better the treatment effect. The removal efficiency of fine particlesincreases with the increase of the charge voltage, and remains unchanged at last. At a lower charge voltage, a higher removal efficiency can be obtained. The increaseof wind speed leads to the decrease of residence time and the decrease of removal efficiency of fine particles.
