摘 要:目的探讨以安全目标为导向的护理实习生临床技能教学体系的实践和效果。方法于2017年1月—2018年12月,以便利抽样法选取该医学院附属医院87名护理实习生为研究对象,对照组技能教学采用传统的情景模拟教学,试验组以安全目标为导向教学,采用批判性思维能力测评量表比较两组护理实习生的批判性思维能力。结果干预后,试验组护理实习生的批判性思维能力水平(221.92±20.43)分高于对照组(209.88±22.57)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.685,P=0.009)。结论以安全目标为导向的临床技能教学能够显著提高护理实习生的批判性思维能力。Objective To explore the practice and effect of safety target-oriented clinical skills teaching system for nursing interns.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,a nursing about 87 case intern in a medical school affiliated to a medical school was selected by the convenience sampling method.The training of the control group used traditional scenario simulation teaching.The experimental group used safety goal-oriented teaching.The Critical Thinking Ability Assessment Scale compares the critical thinking skills of the two groups of nursing interns.Results After intervention,the critical thinking ability level of nursing intern in the experimental group(221.92±20.43)points was higher than that in the control group(209.88±22.57)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.685,P=0.009).Conclusion Safety-oriented clinical skills teaching can significantly improve the critical thinking ability of nursing interns.
