摘 要:目的采用质性研究的方法分析护士在规范化培训期间的心理体验,以为临床护理带教提供更有效、更科学的教学依据。方法选取2016年7月—2018年7月在该院进行规范化培训学习,并完成两年规范化培训学习的10名护士为研究对象,采用质性研究中的访谈方式了解护士对临床护理带教的体会,并记录访谈内容,对访谈结果进行综合性分析。结果该次研究分析出护士在规范化培训期间存在沟通压力、自我防护意识不足、角色现实与理想存在差距、教学活动单调、对护理知识和操作技术掌握不够等问题。结论护士在临床规范化培训中还存在多种压力,带教教师应该多采用先进、多样的教学方式,以提高护士的学习效果。Objective To analyze the psychological experience of nurses during standardized training by means of qualitative research,so as to provide a more effective and scientific teaching basis for clinical nursing teaching.Methods 10 nurses who were standardized training in the hospital from July 2016 to July 2018,and completed two years of standardized training and study were selected as subjects.The interviews in qualitative research were used to understand the nurses’teaching of clinical nursing experience,and record the interview content,a comprehensive analysis of the interview results.Results This study analyzed the problems of nurses'communication pressure during the standardized training,lack of self-protection awareness,gaps in the reality and ideals of the role,monotony of teaching activities,and insufficient mastery of nursing knowledge and operational skills.Conclusion There are still many pressures for nurses in clinical standardization training.Teachers should adopt advanced and diverse teaching methods to improve the learning effect of nurses.
