论民办高校教师党支部建设的实践创新策略及其重要意义

摘　　要：党支部是党的基层组织,是党组织开展工作的基本单元,也是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒。民办高校在机关行政、管理乃至三产后勤部门和各二级分院(系)中所设立的教师党支部,同样肩负着这一党的“战斗堡垒”的职责和功能作用。面对当前民办高校教师党支部建设中所存在的诸多问题,民办高校党委务必要高度重视,将教师党支部建设置于重要位置,并在常规工作之中能够不断强化优化,特别是在富有示范性、创新性的实践路径上要不断探索,充分发挥教师党支部在整个学校发展中的优势地位和先锋模范作用。The Party branch,the basic unit and the key role for Communist Party to carry out the work in the primary-level organizations in the society.The teachers’Party branches,set up by non-governmental colle­ges and universities in the administration,management,the logistics departments and the secondary colleges(departments),also shoulder the responsibility and function as key roles.The Party committee of non-govern­mental institutions should attach great importance to the construction of teachers’Party branches,constantly strengthen and optimize them in the routine work,and maintain their dominant position and exemplary role in the development of the school.
