摘　　要：采用文献资料、录像分析和对比分析等研究方法,对近3次世界技巧大赛获得混双项目决赛前三名难度动作的选编特征进行研究,并结合新规则的变化,剖析世界技巧混双项目优秀选手难度动作选编趋向,为技巧训练和发展提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)新规则降低了难度的比重和对难度动作数量进行严格的限制,但难度动作仍占有重要地位,且获得世界技巧大赛混双项目决赛前三名的难度平均值呈波浪式上升趋向。(2)世界优秀选手趋向选择钟摆+高单臂倒立、前空翻+卡腰+后空翻等难度动作。据此提出建议:中国技巧混双应准确把握世界技巧混双项目难度发展趋向,有计划地发展难度和核心难度,高标准高质量完成难度动作,并积极开动脑筋,在难度和舞蹈方面努力创新,争取中国技巧混双项目在世界大赛上取得更好的成绩。By means of literature,video analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper makes a research on the trend of difficulty movement arrangement’s characteristics,basing on the difficulty movement arrangement’s characteristics of the top three mixed Pairs’athletes of the recent three Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships.Besides,combining the changes of new rules,this paper analyzes the trend of difficulty movement arrangement of excellent athletes in an effort to provide theoretical basis for skills training and development.The results show that:(1)Although the new rules reduce the proportion of difficulty and impose strict restrictions on the number of difficult movements,the difficulty still occupies an important position,and the average difficulty of top three in the finals shows a wave-like upward trend.(2)Excellent athletes tend to choose movements as Pendulum+one handed handstand with horizontal body,Pendulum+one handed handstand with straddling leg movement and Pendulum+one handed handstand with moves like‘the body flag’and forward somersault+backbend+back somersault,etc.Suggestions are put forward accordingly:Chinese mixed Pairs’athletes of sports acrobatics should accurately grasp the world development trend of difficulty and systematically develop it and core difficulty.It makes sense to complete the difficult movements with high standard and make the difficulty and dance creative as the way to strive for the better performance of the Chinese sports acrobatics mixed Pairs in the world competition.
