人际关系理论对高校师生关系问题的启示

摘　　要：针对高校师生关系中出现的问题,根据梅奥的人际关系理论,树立与时俱进的师生观,构建科学合理的教学评价体系,优化教学环境,改善师生关系,提高教学效率。In view of the problems in the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities,and according to Mayo s theory of interpersonal relationship,we should establish a new perspective of teacher-student relationship to keep pace with the times,build a scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation system and assessment methods,optimize the teaching environment,improve the relationship between teachers and students,and improve the teaching efficiency.
