摘  要:目的了解某地方综合性院校订单定向临床医学生的专业认同情况,为专业教育方案的制定提供依据。方法采用《大学生专业认同问卷》对2013级、2014级和2015级共209名订单定向临床医学生进行问卷调查。结果不同年级专业认同总体得分及在适切性、认知性、行为性3个维度方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别专业认同总得分差异无统计学意义,但在适切性维度上差异有统计学意义;不同志愿选择类型的专业认同得分及在认知性和行为性2个维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),自主选择志愿的学生在各维度上得分都最高;从学位课成绩比较来看,"系统解剖学"课程成绩差异有统计学意义,2014级平均分最高。结论订单定向医学生对于专业的就业前景及学校学习条件认同度较高,专业认同度高的年级相应的学习成绩也较好,但总体专业认同度处于中等水平,高校应该从深化教学内容,加强专业认知教育,以提高订单定向医学生的专业认同,培养优秀的医学人才。Objective To understand the professional identification of order-oriented clinical medical students in local comprehensive university and provide basis for the development of education program.Methods A questionnaire survey of 209 students from grade 2013,2014 and 2015 was conducted by using the questionnaire of college students’ professional identity.Results The differences in the overall score and the three dimensions of relevance,cognitive and behavioral were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the overall score of gender majors,but there were significant differences in the relevance dimension.There were differences in the professional identification scores of different volunteer choice types,and there were significant differences in cognitive and behavioral dimensions(P<0.05).Volunteer students scored the highest on all dimensions.Compared with the results of degree courses,the results of systematic anatomy were significantly different,with the highest average score in grade 2014.Conclusion The order-oriented medical students have higher recognition of the employment prospects and school learning conditions of their majors,the grade with high professional recognition also has good academic performance,but the overall professional identity is at the middle level.Schools should deepen the teaching content and strengthen the professional cognitive education so as to enhance the professional identity of order-oriented medical students,and cultivate excellent medical talents.
