南水北调水源区移民心理健康与政策满意度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究南水北调水源区移民政策满意度与心理健康的关系。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,获取983份外迁移民有效样本,数据分析采用SPSS 20.0软件,计数资料采用频数和构成比表示,计量资料使用均数及标准差表示,采用相关分析法分析移民心理健康与政策满意度的关系,采用决策树模型分析影响移民心理健康的因素。结果移民群体对交通状况和当地的风俗习惯适应情况满意度较高,对家庭收入、移民政策知晓率、移民政策落实情况和村干部工作满意度较低;家庭经济收入满意度、移民政策知晓和移民政策落实与SCL-9010个因子及总分呈负相关;对库区移民心理健康水平产生积极影响的是生活水平改善、住房条件改善和交通状况。结论移民政策满意度评价与心理健康状况密切相关,有关部门应进一步优化移民安置政策,加强移民健康管理。Objective To analyze the relationship between satisfaction degree of migration policy and mental health of immigrants in Water source area of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Methods Stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method was used in this study.A total of 983 samples of emigrant migration were collected.The data was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.The counting data were descriptive by frequency and composition ratio,while the measurement data were by means combined with standard deviation.The relationship between immigrants’ mental health and policy satisfaction was analyzed by correlation analysis.The decision tree model was used to analyze the factors affecting the psychological health of immigrants.Results The immigrant group was highly satisfied with the traffic conditions and local customs and habits,while,they had low satisfactions in the respects of the family income satisfaction,the immigration policy awareness rate,the implementation of the immigration policy,and the satisfaction of the village cadres.The family income satisfaction,awareness of immigration policy and immigration policy implementation was negatively related to ten factors of SCL-90 and total scores.The improvement of traffic conditions,housing conditions and the standard of living had a positively impact on the mental health of immigrants.Conclusion The satisfaction degrees of migration policy are closely related to their mental health levels.Relevant government departments should further optimize the resettlement policies and strengthen the health management of immigrants.
