计算机认知矫正治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者治疗依从性、认知功能及生命质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨计算机认知矫正治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者治疗依从性、认知功能及生命质量的影响。方法选取2011年4月-2014年6月在河北某三级甲等综合医院精神卫生科住院的120例慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。随机分为干预组和对照组(各60名),比较并分析两组患者治疗前后PANSS评分情况、WCST分值、生命质量各维度评分及护理后治疗依从性等。结果干预组生理、心理、环境、社会关系各维度评分及生命质量总评分均较对照组上升明显(P<0.05),干预组依从人数比例高于对照组(P<0.05),干预组完成卡片总数、正确分类卡片数、完成分类数均较对照组上升明显(P<0.05),持续错误数、随机错误数均较对照组下降明显(P<0.05),干预组PANSS总分、阳性量表分、阴性量表分、复合量表分均较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论计算机认知矫正治疗可有效地改善慢性精神分裂症患者的病情程度、认知功能及生命质量,并可提高其治疗依从性,为慢性精神分裂症患者提供新的治疗思路。Objective To explore the influence of the computer cognitive correction on treatment adherence,cognitive function and quality of life of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A number of 120 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were hospitalized in the mental health department of a third grade class-A hospital in Hebei from April 2011 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group(60 cases in each group).The PANSS scores,WCST scores,the quality of life and the adherence to treatment were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results The scores of physiology,psychology,environment and social relations and the total score of quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of compliance in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total number of cards,the number of correct cards and the number of completed categories in the intervention group increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).The number of continuous errors and random errors in intervention group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total score of PANSS,positive scale,negative scale and composite scale in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of computer cognitive correction can effectively improve the degree of schizophrenia,cognitive function and quality of life of patients with chronic schizophrenia,and also improve patients’ treatment adherence,which can provide new treatment for patients with chronic schizophrenia.
