摘 要:目前国内应用全电脑控制凿岩台车进行铁路隧道爆破施工时,凿岩台车尚不能自动地进行炮孔的布置与调整,因此对爆破方案的自动化设计计算机算法进行了研究。针对郑万高铁全断面爆破开挖技术的需要,根据掏槽爆破炮孔破坏范围确定了掏槽孔坐标的计算方法;根据预设单耗,采用辅助孔自掏槽孔向外偏移的方法,确定了辅助孔坐标的计算方法。在此基础上,采用VC++编程语言,编制了双线铁路隧道全断面爆破方案设计的计算机程序,通过试验验证了该程序的可行性,可为凿岩台车爆破方案的自动化快速设计提供支持。At present,blast holes still cannot be arranged and adjusted automatically by a computer-controlled rock drilling truck for the blasting of railway tunnels.Therefore,the computer algorithm for the automated design of the blasting scheme is studied.According to the requirements of the full-section blasting excavation technology of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway,the calculation method of the cut hole coordinates is determined based on the damage range of the blasting holes.Meanwhile,based on the explosive consumption,the calculation method of the auxiliary hole coordinates is determined by making the auxiliary hole offset outward from the cut hole.On this basis,the computer program for designing the full-section blasting scheme of double-track railway tunnel has been compiled with the language programming technology of VC++.The feasibility of the program is verified by tests,and the program can provide support for an automated and rapid design of the rock drilling blasting scheme.
