摘　　要：探讨青少年运动员的运动倦怠现状及影响因素,采用《运动员倦怠量表》和《青少年运动员运动倦怠影响因素问卷》对延安市部分中学和延安大学的472名学生运动员进行调查。采用描述统计、t检验、方差分析、相关分析和回归分析等方法考察青少年运动员运动倦怠的特点和影响因素。结果发现:①延安市青少年运动员的运动倦怠水平属于中等偏下水平;②不同性别、学段、训练年限和运动等级的运动倦怠水平存在显著差异(P<0.05);③青少年运动员的运动倦怠与训练因素、压力因素、教练因素、身体因素均显著正相关(P<0.001),训练因素、压力因素、教练因素和身体因素对运动倦怠有正向预测作用(P<0.05)。延安市青少年运动员总体倦怠水平不高,但不同运动员群体的运动倦怠水平不同;运动员的运动倦怠与训练因素、压力因素、教练因素、身体因素等有关。To explore the current situations and influence factors of youth athletes′burnout,using Athlete Burnout Scale and Influencing Factors of Burnout in Youth Athletes,472 student athletes were investigated.T test,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis methods were used to investigate the characteristics and influencing factors of youth athletes′burnout.Results found:①The youth athletes′burnout in Yanan was in a low level;②There were significant differences in burnout among athletes of different gender,school period,training years and sport grade.(P<0.05);③The youth athletes′burnout was significantly positively correlated with training factors,stress factors,coaching factors and physical factors(P<0.001).Training factors,stress factors,coaching factors and physical factors had a positive predictive effect on burnout(P<0.05).The youth athletes′burnout in Yan′an was not high,but different athletes′burnout was different;Burnout of athletes was related to training factors,pressure factors,coach factors,physical factors and so on.
