摘　　要：文章运用功能语言学相关理论,重点进行元功能分析,从和谐话语分析的角度探讨《钦定藏内善后章程二十九条》中隐含的国家权力意志,以期达到两个目的:一是揭示国家权力意志是如何通过语言来表达的;二是演示法律语篇和谐话语分析的一种研究路径。Using functional linguistics as theoretical guidance,this article,focusing on meta-function analysis,discusses the state will of power implied in The Authorized 29 Regulations for the Better Governing of Tibet with the method of harmonious discourse analysis.This article has two research purposes:one is to reveal how the discourse language expresses the country’s will of power,and the other is to demonstrate the research path of harmonious discourse analysis of legal discourse.
