摘 要:对于检验孔用单键槽的量规种类很多,但生产中有时会遇上多键槽的问题,这时用传统的测量方法就不能充分保证产品的尺寸精度,而有一部分合格的产品却被检定为废品。实践证明,新的多键槽角度量规的设计,能够保证角度公差,避免一些合格品被检验成废品。There are many kinds of gauges for single bond grooves for inspection holes. However, the problem of multiple keyways is sometimes encountered in production. At this time, the traditional measuring method cannot fully guarantee the product's qualification.However, some of the qualified products were certified as wasting products. Practice has proved that the design of multi-keyway angle gauge is a very practical measuring method, which can ensure the angle tolerance and prevent some qualified products from being inspected as waste products.
