摘　　要：以河北能源职业技术学院的应用技术协同创新中心建设实践为例,按照“依托开滦,追索市场,服务企业,奉献社会”的办学宗旨,以应用技术协同创新中心,项目为载体,通过开展工程技术研究、工艺改进、设备改造和新产品研制,促进科技成果转化,培育和打造高素质科研骨干和科研团队,使职业精神融入校园文化建设之中,推动校企双方的深度合作,从而达到双赢或多赢创新目的。This paper takes the practice of applied technology of collaborative innovation center of Hebei Energy Institute of Vocation and Technology as an example,according to the formulation of the school’s mission"relying on Kailuan,recovering the market,serving enterprises,contributing to society",fully relying on the advantages of wisdom,technology,equipment,information,taking the applied technology of collaborative innovation center as a platform,projects as the carrier,researching the technology,process improvement,equipment modification,and new product development,to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,cultivating high quality scientific research team,making professional spirit into the construction of campus culture,to promote the deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises,so as to achieve the win-win or multi-win purpose of innovation.
