大学生综合素养现状调查与分析——以无锡工艺职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：大学生的综合素养关系着祖国未来的发展,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,是高职教育的根本目标。采用自编的大学生综合素养调查表,对无锡工艺职业技术学院698名学生进行了问卷调查,结果发现绝大多数学生具备一定程度的综合素养,但仍然存在着不少不良状况,并且在各种影响因素下在不同的方面体现出来。然而,综合素养有很大的提升空间,可进行针对性指导,以助学生增强实力,为今后的家庭幸福、事业成功打下最牢固的基石。College students’comprehensive cultivation is important to the development of our country.The fundamental goal of higher vocational education is to train socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and artistically.Applying to our own“Comprehensive Cultivation Questionnaire on College Students”,this research surveyed 698 students of Wuxi Vocational Institute of Arts and Technology,and found that most of them do possess the comprehensive cultivation to some extent,while there are still some bad phenomena,and they are reflected in different aspects under various influencing factors.However,there is a lot of room for improvement in comprehensive cultivation.Targeted guidance can be given to help students enhance their strength and lay the most solid foundation for future family happiness and career success.
