摘 要:结合水动力学和结构力学,分析浮动核电站堆内燃料组件的结构应力随船体运动幅值和周期的变化趋势及敏感性,用于校核燃料组件在反应堆内作业时的结构安全。以海洋核动力平台为例,首先对平台进行时域计算,得到船体重心的六自由度运动时历曲线,然后采用远程位移方法将船体运动传递到反应堆,进而计算燃料组件的结构应力。结果表明,与平台静止状态相比,燃料组件的结构应力在船体运动状态下明显增大。In order to analyze the effect of ship motions on structural safety of fuel assembly for nuclear power plant,variation trend and susceptibility of structural stress of fuel assembly varying with amplitude and period of ship motions were researched by means of combining hydrodynamics and structural mechanics to check the structural safety of fuel assembly in ship moving state.Taking the marine nuclear power platform as an example,firstly,time domain simulation aiming at platform was conducted to obtain the time serial curves of center of gravity in six degrees of freedom,and then remote displacement method was adopted to transfer the ship motions to reactors to realize the numerical simulation of fuel assembly moving with the ship,and the structural stress of fuel assembly was calculated.Results shows that the structural stress of fuel assembly increases obviously in ship moving state compared with in ship static state,which explains that it is quite essential to take the ship random motion response into account during structural safety analysis of fuel assembly.
