供给侧改革视域下高校辅导员队伍师德师风培育路径探究

摘　　要：供给侧改革是习近平总书记在2015年中央财经领导小组工作会议中,针对新时期新形势如何有效增强经济发展动力问题提出的,以此成为学术界关注和研究的焦点。辅导员队伍是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校思想政治工作的重要力量,加强高校辅导员队伍师德师风培育是强化思想政治工作的题中之意。从供给侧改革视角出发,立足高校辅导员队伍师德师风培育建设实际,完善培育要素、调整培育结构,探寻高校辅导员队伍师德师风培育建设的方法和路径,促进辅导员队伍建设和高校思政育人整体水平的提升。Supply-side reform on how to effectively enhance the impetus of economic development in the new era was put forward by the General Secretary Xi Jinping at the working meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Leading Group in 2015.It has become the focus of academic attention and research.Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students,and an important force in ideological and political work in colleges and universities.From the perspective of supply-side reform,this paper aims to explore the ways and means of cultivating and constructing teachers’ethics in colleges and universities,based on the practice of cultivating teachers’ethics,improving cultivation factors and adjusting cultivation structure to promote the construction of counselors and the overall level of ideological education in colleges and universities.
