含时滞的多级供应链牛鞭效应控制机制研究

摘　　要：考虑时滞因素,结合装配制造企业实际情况,建立多级供应链模型.结合库存状态,从供应链系统各个节点之间的关联出发研究牛鞭效应问题,并分析控制策略.研究表明,设计的控制策略对牛鞭效应有很好的抑制能力.最后通过仿真结合参数的细微变化,全面形象验证以上结论,为企业提供参考依据.As the main performance of the inefficient supply chain system,the bullwhip effect has been a research hot spot.Considering the lead time delay factor,this paper establishes a multi vendor single manufacturer of multi stage supply chain model with multi vendor and single manufacturer.Combined with the inventory status,we discuss the bullwhip effect problem.Fristly,the paper puts forward the control strategy based on inventory fluctuations.Then,the paper carries on the thorough analysis.The results show that the control strategy which is designed in this paper has a good effect on the control problem of bullwhip effect.Finally,the above conclusion is verified by simulation.
