试论唐宗海对缪希雍“治吐血三法”的继承和发展

摘　　要：对于吐血一证,缪希雍在《先醒斋医学广笔记》有“宜行血,不宜止血”“宜补肝,不宜伐肝”“宜降气,不宜降火”的施治要法,而其后世医家唐宗海在《血证论·吐血》中,又主张“止血”“消瘀”“宁血”“补血”的法则。其中,“不宜止血”和“止血”是截然相反的论述,笔者基于此点,对二者的论治方法进行系统比较,提出:唐宗海借鉴缪希雍治疗吐血理论,但缪氏的论述过于简单,理论尚不健全,唐氏对其进行拓展,确定了吐血的病位、因机,规定了吐血治疗的时间轴,使吐血证的论治体系更加完备。As for the hematemesis syndrome,there was a treatment recorded in Miao Xiyong’s Extensive Notes of Xianxingzhai Medicine,“should bleed,but stop”,“should tonify Liver,but hurt it”,“should decrease Qi,but Fire”,and later,Tang Zonghai,a Medical Scientist,claimed“hemostasis”,“eliminating stasis”,“calming Blood”,and“nourishing Blood”in the“Theory of Blood Hematemesis”.Amid the two,“should not stanch the bleeding”and“should do”are totally opposite opinions,and the author compared the two treatments based on the view,putting forward that Tang Zonghai referred Miao Xiyong's hematemesis treatment theory which was too simple to be a sound theory,so Tang expanded it and located the disease site of hematemesis and reasons,and regulated the time axis to treat the hematemesis,perfecting the treatment system of hematemesis syndrome.
